Welcome to Paphos Sea & Space Adventures. By booking or participating in any of our experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Payments are processed securely via Revolut.
A booking is considered valid only after full or agreed payment has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made by guests within a reasonable notice period 24 hours before the activity may be eligible for a refund, depending on the specific experience.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be not refunded.
3. Weather Conditions
Your safety and experience quality are our priority.
If an activity is cancelled by us due to adverse weather conditions, guests will be offered:
- Rescheduling to another available date, or
- A full refund
4. Participation Requirements
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our team.
Certain experiences may not be suitable for:
- Young children (e.g. under 7 years old)
- Individuals with specific health conditions
Guests are responsible for informing us of any relevant conditions prior to the activity.
5. Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, participation in our experiences is at your own risk.
Paphos Sea & Space Adventures is not liable for:
- Personal injuries (unless caused by proven negligence)
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
6. Changes to Activities
We reserve the right to modify routes, schedules, or specific elements of an experience if necessary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Operational reasons
7. Media & Photography
Photos or videos taken during experiences may be used for promotional purposes unless guests explicitly request otherwise.
